Agreement to These Terms

By placing an order with Naked Nutrition or using our website and services, you legally agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Placement and Processing

Every order depends on product availability and successful payment verification.
Naked Nutrition reserves the right to reject, cancel, or amend any order because of inventory shortages, pricing mistakes, technical problems, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Typical order processing time is within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
Once your order is processed, standard delivery takes approximately 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs vary per order and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order if the request is made within 12 hours of placing it. To do so, please contact Naked Nutrition immediately at kevincordova903230@outlook.com. Cancellation requests made after 12 hours may not be honored.

Returns and Refunds

Naked Nutrition accepts returns of most new, unopened products purchased directly from us within 30 calendar days following delivery for a full refund.

To begin a return, contact our customer service team at kevincordova903230@outlook.com providing your order details.

Return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect; in such situations, Naked Nutrition covers the return shipping fees.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Use of the Website

Your use of the Naked Nutrition website must be lawful and authorized.
Unauthorized attempts to access or interfere with our systems or networks are strictly prohibited.
Distributing viruses, malware, or harmful code on our site is forbidden.
